CoachInTouch App Policy

1. Purpose of CoachInTouch

CoachInTouch is a human development and connection platform designed to facilitate meaningful interactions between individuals, professional Coaches, training providers, and partner organizations.

Through CoachInTouch, users may discover Coaches, book coaching sessions, participate in training and activities, develop their skills, earn points and badges, access rewards, and discover opportunities offered by partner organizations.

The platform is built around three principles:

Connect — create meaningful connections.
Change — learn, grow and create positive change.

CoachInTouch aims to provide a trusted digital environment where personal development, coaching, learning and social or professional opportunities can meet.

2. Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to all individuals and organizations using CoachInTouch, including:

End Users;
Coaches;
Partner Organizations / Companies;
Administrators and authorized platform personnel.

By creating an account or using CoachInTouch, you agree to comply with this Policy and with the applicable terms and conditions governing the platform.

Different categories of users may have access to different functionalities depending on their role and authorization.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account creation

Users must provide accurate and sufficiently complete information when creating an account.

Each account should correspond to the person or organization represented by that account. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for activities performed through their account.

3.2 Account security

Users should:

protect their passwords and authentication information;
avoid sharing their account with others;
promptly report suspected unauthorized access;
provide accurate information when requested for account verification.

CoachInTouch may take reasonable measures to protect the security and integrity of user accounts.

3.3 Account information

Users are responsible for keeping their profile information reasonably accurate and up to date.

The information visible to other users depends on the user's role, the platform's functionality and applicable privacy settings.

4. User Responsibilities

All users are expected to use CoachInTouch respectfully, honestly and responsibly.

Users must not:

provide intentionally false or misleading information;
impersonate another person or organization;
use the platform for unlawful purposes;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account or part of the platform;
interfere with the normal operation of the application;
misuse the points, ranking, badge or reward systems;
submit fraudulent transactions or QR Codes;
use the platform to harass, threaten or harm another person;
publish content that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

CoachInTouch may review reported or detected violations and take appropriate action in accordance with this Policy.

5. Coaching Services

CoachInTouch may allow users to discover and connect with professional Coaches and to book coaching sessions through the platform.

5.1 Role of Coaches

Coaches are responsible for the coaching services they provide, including:

maintaining accurate professional information;
providing accurate information about their experience and areas of practice;
managing their availability;
honoring confirmed sessions;
communicating professionally with clients;
respecting applicable professional and ethical standards.

5.2 Coaching relationship

CoachInTouch facilitates the connection between users and Coaches. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, CoachInTouch does not itself provide the individual coaching service delivered by an independent Coach.

The coaching relationship is established between the user and the Coach.

5.3 Coaching is not a substitute for professional care

Coaching is a developmental process and should not be understood as medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal or financial advice.

Users should seek an appropriately qualified professional when their situation requires specialized professional care.

5.4 Booking and cancellation

Users and Coaches are expected to respect confirmed bookings and the applicable cancellation or rescheduling rules communicated through the platform.

Specific cancellation, refund or rescheduling conditions may depend on the service provider and the functionality available within CoachInTouch.

6. Training and Activities

CoachInTouch may allow Coaches or authorized providers to create and publish training programs, workshops, activities or other learning opportunities.

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish, including:

title and description;
dates and times;
format and location, where applicable;
eligibility requirements;
participation conditions;
information concerning fees, where applicable.

Users are responsible for reviewing the relevant information before registering for an activity.

7. Communication and Content

CoachInTouch may provide communication functionality between users, Coaches and, where applicable, Partner Organizations.

Users must use these communication features responsibly.

Content shared through the platform must not:

contain unlawful or fraudulent material;
deliberately mislead other users;
infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
contain threats, harassment or abusive material;
be used for unauthorized commercial solicitation or spam.

CoachInTouch may investigate content that is reported or reasonably identified as violating this Policy, subject to applicable law and privacy requirements.

8. Points, Badges and Progression

CoachInTouch may use a points-based system to encourage participation and engagement within the ecosystem.

Points may be associated with specific actions or activities defined by CoachInTouch.

Badges or levels may be awarded according to criteria established by the platform.

Users acknowledge that:

points have no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise;
points may not be sold, transferred or exchanged outside the functionality provided by CoachInTouch;
CoachInTouch may correct points or badges that were incorrectly attributed;
fraudulent or abusive attempts to obtain points may result in the removal of points or other account restrictions.

The rules governing points, badges and progression may evolve as the platform develops.

9. Ranking

CoachInTouch may provide rankings based on defined participation, points, badges, evaluations or other platform criteria.

Rankings are intended to support engagement, visibility and discovery within the CoachInTouch ecosystem.

A ranking should not be interpreted as a comprehensive assessment of a person's professional competence, character, value or future potential.

CoachInTouch may modify ranking criteria to improve the relevance and integrity of the system.

10. Rewards, Coupons and QR Codes

CoachInTouch may allow eligible users to exchange points or otherwise obtain access to rewards, including:

coupons;
discounts;
gifts;
experiences;
professional opportunities;
internships or other benefits offered by Partners.

Where a QR Code is used to validate a reward, the transaction may be recorded by the platform.

10.1 Reward conditions

Each reward may have specific conditions, including:

eligibility;
expiration date;
availability;
participating Partner;
permitted number of uses;
applicable restrictions.

Users are responsible for reviewing the conditions associated with a reward before attempting to redeem it.

10.2 Fraudulent use

Users must not:

duplicate or manipulate QR Codes;
attempt to redeem the same reward multiple times when this is not permitted;
transfer rewards where transfer is not authorized;
manipulate points or transactions.

CoachInTouch and/or the relevant Partner may reject an invalid or fraudulent redemption.

11. Partner Organizations

Partner Organizations may use CoachInTouch to publish offers, rewards, discounts, internships, professional opportunities or other initiatives.

Partners are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the offers and opportunities they publish.

Partners must provide services and benefits in accordance with the conditions communicated to users.

CoachInTouch may provide Partners with access to user information only to the extent permitted by the platform, the user's permissions, applicable law and the Partner's authorized role.

12. Professional Opportunities and Recruitment

CoachInTouch may facilitate access to internships, professional opportunities and recruitment-related initiatives.

Participation in the CoachInTouch ranking or ecosystem does not guarantee employment, internship placement, recruitment or any other professional outcome.

Partner Organizations remain responsible for their own recruitment decisions and selection processes.

Any use of user information for recruitment purposes must comply with the permissions, functionality and applicable privacy requirements of the platform.

13. Evaluations and Ratings

Users may be invited to evaluate Coaches following a coaching session or other eligible interaction.

Evaluations should be:

honest;
relevant to the service received;
respectful;
free from discriminatory, abusive or deliberately misleading content.

CoachInTouch may remove or restrict access to evaluations that violate this Policy or applicable rules.

Ratings and evaluations are individual user feedback and should not necessarily be interpreted as an absolute measure of a Coach's professional value or competence.

14. Privacy and Personal Data

CoachInTouch recognizes the importance of protecting personal information.

The platform may collect and process information necessary to provide its services, operate user accounts, facilitate interactions, improve the platform and support the functionality selected by users.

Depending on the user's role and use of the platform, this may include information such as:

account and profile information;
professional information;
booking and activity information;
communication information;
points, badges and rewards activity;
evaluations;
technical and usage information.

CoachInTouch will process personal data in accordance with its applicable Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.

Users should consult the Privacy Policy for detailed information regarding:

what personal data is collected;
why it is collected;
how it is used;
how long it is retained;
who may access it;
applicable user rights;
how users can contact CoachInTouch regarding their personal data.

15. Intellectual Property

CoachInTouch and its associated branding, design, software, interface, content, logos, names and other proprietary elements are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The CoachInTouch name, logo and brand elements may not be copied, modified, reproduced or commercially used without appropriate authorization.

Users retain ownership of content they legitimately create and submit to the platform, subject to the rights and permissions necessary for CoachInTouch to operate the relevant services.

Users must not upload content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of third parties.

16. Platform Integrity and Security

Users must not attempt to:

access restricted areas of the platform;
bypass authentication or security mechanisms;
interfere with servers or application infrastructure;
introduce malicious software;
reverse engineer or exploit the platform in an unauthorized manner;
manipulate application data or transactions.

CoachInTouch may suspend access, investigate activity or take other appropriate measures when platform security or integrity is at risk.

17. Availability of the Service

CoachInTouch aims to provide a reliable and accessible service but cannot guarantee that the application will always be:

continuously available;
free from technical errors;
uninterrupted;
compatible with every device or operating environment.

Maintenance, updates, technical issues or circumstances outside the reasonable control of CoachInTouch may temporarily affect availability.

18. Third-Party Services and Partners

CoachInTouch may interact with or provide access to services, offers, content or opportunities provided by third parties.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, conditions and privacy policies.

CoachInTouch does not automatically assume responsibility for services independently provided by third parties.

Where appropriate, users should review the applicable third-party terms before engaging with those services.

19. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited on CoachInTouch:

Fraud or attempted fraud;
Identity impersonation;
Unauthorized access;
Manipulation of points, badges, rankings or rewards;
Fraudulent QR Code use;
Harassment, threats or abusive behavior;
Discriminatory or unlawful content;
Spam or unauthorized solicitation;
Intellectual property infringement;
Misuse of personal information;
Activities that compromise the security or integrity of the platform;
Any other activity that violates applicable law or this Policy.

20. Suspension and Termination

CoachInTouch may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

the user has violated this Policy;
the account has been used fraudulently;
the platform or other users have been put at risk;
information provided by the user is materially false or misleading;
the user has engaged in unlawful or abusive activity.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, users may be informed of the reason for an account restriction or termination.

Users may also request closure of their account in accordance with the applicable account and privacy procedures.

21. Changes to CoachInTouch

CoachInTouch may evolve over time.

New features, services, rewards, interaction models or functionality may be introduced, modified or discontinued.

This Policy may therefore be updated from time to time.

The applicable version will be identified by its effective date or version number.

Where a change materially affects users, CoachInTouch may provide appropriate notice through the application or other available communication channels.

22. Responsible Use of the Platform

CoachInTouch is designed to encourage connection, learning, development and meaningful participation.

The platform should be used in a way that respects:

Users are encouraged to contribute to an environment where interactions are constructive, respectful and beneficial to the wider ecosystem.
